Texas is Revolting.
Revolting IS:
Pro-Body Autonomy, Pro-Immigration
Anti-Racist, Anti-Bigotry, Anti-Genocide
Stable, Sustainable Solutions for the Future
Supporting Small & Local Businesses (when you’re able)
Seeking common ground with like-minded democrats, independents, leftists, liberals, and socialists
Planting trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit
Revolting is NOT:
Litmus Tests for Perfect Candidates
Allowing the 1% to keep us divided and distracted
Giving up hope
Giving up on people
The Independent Voter Project estimates that Texas is currently
46.52% Democrat, 37.75% Republican, and 15.73% Unaffiliated.
That means that your neighbors, your co-workers, your friends who you’re nervous to talk politics with… just might agree with you if you put yourself out there.
Let’s get talking, find our friends, and make sure they know we have a real chance to win these mid-terms, and every vote will matter.

The “Big Races”

US Senate
One of the 10 Senate Races to determine the balance of power in 2026. Crockett and Talarico are both excellent candidates who differ in approach and strategy but are quite alike in substance. Texas will be lucky to have either one.
Crockett & Talarico
Governor
We’ve got lots of options, but 1 major front-runner. LoneStarLeft makes an excellent case for Representative Gina Hinojosa, who has a massive lead in polls. She’s going after Abbott’s policies and his billionaire buddies.
Say Hello to Gina
LT Governor
Representative Vikki Goodwin has an advantage with regard to name recognition, experience, and funding. Her platform is solid and she’ll bring sanity to a powerful and influencial office which Dan Patrick has used to push Christian Nationalism.
A Goodwin for Texas

Attorney General
Commissioner of Agriculture
What is “The Revolting”?
The Revolting is a place for community. It’s new and has a long way to grow.
In 2026, it will include a storefront for local items and physical location for community resources, as well as serving a meeting location for local groups in the DFW area.
Its purpose is to give back to organizations helping those under attack by the current administration’s policies, as well as to provide encouragement while reminding Blue Texans they are not alone and their vote will matter.
